What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on time

• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers to coordinate deliveries

• Manage the mixing process and ensure product quality meets specifications upon delivery

• Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures

What Are We Looking For

• Valid Class A or B CDL

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and follow DOT regulations

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and customer service

• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with team members

• Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and handling equipment

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
