Manufacturing Engineering Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our production systems. Essential Functions Design and develop manufacturing systems and processes to improve efficiency and performance. Maintain and support both existing and newly implemented systems. Develop, document, and update work instructions and standard operating procedures. Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes, manage follow-ups, and support procurement activities. Collaborate closely with Team Leads to understand operational needs and implement effective solutions. Deliver training to personnel on systems, processes, and best practices. Troubleshoot processes and/or systems as needed. Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and ensure manufacturer’s procedures and instructions are followed to keep production equipment operational. Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement, and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency. Additional Duties Report product or procedural non-conformances as they are recognized. Contribute to the Quality System in the area of Document Control. Ensure all production systems meet safety requirements. Assist other areas as requested. Education / Skill / Experience Strong problem‑solving and communication skills. Some college in a related field is preferred. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to work cross‑functionally with operations and production teams. Programming experience is not required; familiarity with Python is a plus.
