Principal Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentic AI

Salary: $153,000 - 186,300 per year Requirements:

• Proven background delivering Forward-Deployed Engineer work in complex enterprise settings, with a track record of earning customer trust and advancing execution.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying custom AI solutions into production.
• Strong expertise in agentic AI, LLM-based workflows, RAG, and enterprise system integrations.
• Experience preparing structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data for AI use cases.
• Solid understanding of AI governance, security, guardrails, and enterprise compliance requirements.
• Strong consultative engineering capability, with the ability to turn ambiguous business challenges into practical solutions and fast prototypes.
• Demonstrated ability to produce measurable business outcomes, not just technical delivery.
• Ability to work onsite with strategic customers as needed, with travel up to 50%.

• Act as a deeply embedded partner within customer teams to uncover and activate new opportunities and solve complex business challenges.
• Identify and prioritize AI-driven use cases, shaping what to build and why while staying accountable for outcomes.
• Accelerate adoption of our Agentic capabilities and remove blockers to ensure success at strategic accounts.
• Deliver AI-native solutions by integrating intelligent capabilities into daily work and solution design, with rapid prototyping to prove feasibility and value.
• Lead transformational customer conversations and manage executive relationships to support growth strategy.
• Spot expansion opportunities and collaborate with account teams to turn initial wins into long-term customer success.
• Establish a direct feedback loop with our Product team by sharing field insights to help close gaps between customer needs and platform capabilities.
