Prep Cook 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our fine dining kitchen team. The Prep Cook plays a key role in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly by preparing ingredients, maintaining organization, and supporting the chefs during service.

• Prepare ingredients including chopping vegetables, portioning meats, preparing sauces, and other basic food prep
• Follow recipes and chef instructions accurately and consistently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep stations, walk-ins, and storage areas
• Label, date, and properly store all food items
• Assist line cooks and chefs with kitchen tasks as needed
• Ensure all food preparation meets quality and presentation standards
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Help with receiving and organizing deliveries

• Previous kitchen or prep cook experience preferred
• Basic knife skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
