This assignment offers the unique opportunity to provide essential occupational therapy services to students, filling both maternity leave coverage and a full-time replacement through the end of the 2026-2027 school year. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping students build skills for academic and daily life success, collaborating closely with staff, parents, and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist licensure in Minnesota (required)
• Prior experience working in a school-based setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Capacity to adapt services to meet diverse student needs
• Eagerness to work full-time, providing consistent support over an extended period

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans for students
• Deliver direct therapy services within classrooms and one-on-one settings

• Adapt and customize student supports, equipment, and strategies
