Warehouse Material HandlerColorado Springs, COMonday-Friday | 1:00 PM - 9:30 PMContract-to-Hire OpportunityJoin a Team That Keeps Operations MovingWhat You'll DoAs a Warehouse Material Handler, you'll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by:Unloading approximately 20 small box trucks per day containing bagged laundry and other materialsMoving, sorting, and staging incoming materials in designated warehouse locationsPreparing materials for transport to processing facilitiesLifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shiftMaintaining an organized, efficient, and safe work areaWorking closely with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily activitiesSupporting warehouse operations through accurate material handling and stagingWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsAt least 6 months of warehouse, material handling, unloading, or general labor experienceAbility to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 pounds during an 8+ hour shiftExperience loading, unloading, and moving materials in a warehouse or industrial settingStrong reliability, work ethic, and attendanceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environmentPreferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse or distribution experienceExperience staging and organizing incoming and outgoing materialsAttention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervisionClean motor vehicle record preferred for future permanent employment opportunitiesInterest in growing with a company through a contract-to-hire pathwayWhy Join Us?When you join this team, you'll become part of an operation where your work truly matters. The role involves unloading trucks, moving materials, and working on your feet throughout the shift. Team members can expect a fast-paced environment with frequent lifting, carrying, and warehouse movement.Steel-toe footwear is required.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
