The setting is an outpatient clinic focusing on post-transplant care. The clinic is staffed by a dedicated team responsible for providing high-quality care to patients. Responsibilities include triaging post-transplant patient calls. Other duties involve ordering and reviewing lab results and escalating when necessary. Candidates will also schedule testing like transplant biopsies and diagnostic exams when indicated. The role may involve entering electronic prescriptions and preparing for clinic visits. Patient assessments may be required as needed. The ideal candidate will be a positive and self-driven individual. The ability to handle a high volume of calls and tasks is essential. Flexibility is important in managing the diverse responsibilities of this position. There are no weekend or on-call responsibilities associated with this role. This position is from Monday to Friday, with a standard day shift schedule.
