Receiving Clerk - 1st Shift

Remedy Staffing is currently hiring a Receiving Clerk for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in warehouse operations, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Quality Control

Receive and unload incoming shipments
Verify materials against purchase orders and packing slips
Inspect shipments for damage, defects, or discrepancies
Enter received goods into inventory systems accurately
Label, tag, and store materials in assigned warehouse locations
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely material flow
Perform scheduled cycle counts
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Maintain accurate inventory records and adjustments
Assist with physical inventory audits as needed

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred
Experience with inventory systems and cycle counting strongly preferred
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory software)
Forklift or material handling experience is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment

Schedule

Full-Time | 1st Shift
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Overtime or schedule adjustments may occur based on business needs
