Become the Dietitian You Aspire to Be

  • Engage with and counsel patients based on physician directives and dietary guidelines.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
  • Assess referral orders to evaluate the adequacy of nutritional intake methods.
  • Document relevant information in patients' medical records in accordance with established protocols.
  • Execute nutritional care plans, modify menus, and assist patients with specific dietary requirements.
  • Conduct calorie assessments and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Review, update, and approve menus for nutritional sufficiency.

Qualifications

  • Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association.
  • State licensure is mandatory.
  • Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited institution in Food & Nutrition.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in Clinical Dietetics.
