Base Salary: $190,000 - $205,000 + Quarterly Bonuses About the Opportunity We are conducting a search for a Controller to join a growing company headquartered in the West Houston area. This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly to the CFO within a lean, performance-driven environment. The Controller will play a critical role in strengthening financial infrastructure, enhancing reporting capabilities, and scaling the accounting function to support continued expansion.
