Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Lead is a key link between the company and its customer base of collision repair shops in the region. The goal for each Warehouse Lead is to provide support to a fast-paced Warehouse Team. A successful Warehouse Lead will be able to be a contributor to the workflow of the department that oversees the warehouse operations and staff.

Shift Time: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Safety and Warehouse Processes training
• Maintain a safe and clean warehouse (Building and Equipment maintenance following safety regulations; trash clean up, facility repairs or equipment repair)
• Assist in physical labor
• Instruct, direct and work along with a team assigned by a Warehouse Supervisor while working on any specific warehouse task to meet deadlines (Shipping, Receiving, Maintenance, Quality Control)
• Communicate with Supervisors—Update on assigned tasks/warehouse associate progress/issues or adjustments when needed
• Troubleshoot problems associated with daily operations in major warehouse tasks (Receiving, Shipping, Maintenance and Quality Control)
• An ability to interpret KPIs and guide the team to achieve the goals set forth

• Must be able to engage in frequent, repeated, rapid, and/or strenuous physical activity for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and knowledge of how to lift and carry objects safely, cautiously, and effectively
• Must be able to safely operate equipment, observe safety procedures, and meet safety requirements
• Staging, loading, unloading parts, and stocking, locating, and maintaining warehouse inventory
• Responsibilities include pulling orders for delivery and shipment
• Ability to operate a forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
