We are hiring Primary Care Physicians for a modern, value-based care (VBC) model focused exclusively on the Medicare Advantage population. These are 100% outpatient roles in brand-new centers \n
\n Designed for physicians who want to practice relationship-driven care in a supportive, team-based environment — with the time and resources to prioritize quality over volume.\n

Position Highlights \n
\n   \n

\n
• 100% outpatient primary care
\n
• Patient volume: 12–14 per day
\n
• Longer appointment times to support prevention and chronic care
\n
• Dedicated care team: MA, scheduler, behavioral health, social work, RN support
\n
• Holistically designed centers with on-site fitness, social, and wellness programs
\n
• Target start dates: November–December 2025
\n

Compensation & Benefits \n
\n   \n

\n
• Base Salary: $265,000–$290,000 (negotiable)
\n
• Bonus Structure: \n
  \n
  • Up to 20% of base salary
  \n
  • Based on attainable quality and satisfaction metrics (HEDIS, outcomes, etc.)
  \n
  • Ongoing support from senior clinical leadership to help you meet targets
  \n
\n
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $60K
\n
