Job Responsibilities

• Full-time schedule of 5 days a week with 8-hour shifts or 4 days with 9-hour shifts.
• One evening shift each week from 12 PM to 9 PM, plus one Saturday each month.
• Manage an average of 20 to 24 patients during each 8-hour shift.
• Utilize eClinicalWorks as the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Provide primary care services, including pediatrics, adult care, and women's health.
• Serve primarily Spanish-speaking farm-working families across all age groups.

Hourly Rate: Ranges from $120.00 to $145.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on several factors, including the urgency of the position, your experience and qualifications, and other relevant considerations.
