Responsibilities Provide services including HAIRCUTS , COLOR , WAXING , and TREATMENTS . Build and maintain an established clientele in a busy salon. Engage in ongoing education and training to grow skills and success behind the chair. Participate in the salon’s education programs and leverage the Hairstylist Academy resources. Qualifications Cosmetology or temporary cosmetology license required. Willingness to participate in paid training and ongoing education. Interested in a career path with opportunities in education and leadership. Compensation & Benefits Pay up to $35 per hour . Above-average base pay with commission & bonus opportunities.
