ReceptionistReports to: PrincipalTerms of Employment: 10 monthsSalary: NC State Salary ScheduleQualifications:Associate's Degree preferredGraduation from high school and any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilitiesEssential Job Functions:Answer TelephoneAssist with signing in and out of students that arrive late or leave earlyAssist all visitors that enter school officeCalling parents for students as necessaryFiling student sign in/out cards at end of dayFiling discipline reports on students as neededAssist with parentMaking copies as neededDeliver mail to teachers mail boxesCall parents in regards to student absencesAssist with attendance lettersProcessing Maintenance & Technology WorkordersAssist substitute teacher with teacher information that might be needed for the dayAny other duties as assigned by the supervisor
