We are currently looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible OBGYN to become a part of our OB Hospitalist service in Des Moines, IA. Our organization is dedicated to providing advanced healthcare services with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care. Opportunity Overview

• Annual commitment of 84 24-hour shifts
• Flexible scheduling options available
• No on-call responsibilities
• Care for OBED patients and unassigned emergency cases (including vaginal deliveries and C-sections)
• Approximately 1,400 annual OBED visits, with one-third resulting in deliveries
• Access to subspecialists, including Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Opportunity to serve as Adjunct Faculty for Family Medicine Residency

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual base salary of $400,000
• Recruitment incentive of $150,000
• Relocation assistance up to $15,000
• Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage

About Our Medical Center

Our facility is a 622-bed Level II Trauma center that has been serving the community since 1893. We handle around 3,000 deliveries each year and are equipped with a 44-bed Level III NICU, an 8-bed OB ED, 15 labor suites, and 40 postpartum recovery rooms.
