We review all applications.Deer Ridge and Raspberry Woods townhomes are seeking a professional Full-time Maintenance Lead to join their team in Minnetonka, MN. The Maintenance Lead is responsible for overseeing and performing maintenance operations to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained. This role leads daily maintenance activities, supervises maintenance staff, coordinates vendor work, and ensures preventive maintenance and repairs are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with company standards. The Maintenance Lead may support multiple properties as needed and plays a key role in resident satisfaction, safety, and operational efficiency.Working Hours:Typically, FT40, Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Property office hours may vary from property to property.
