Join Our Team

Clean Team is looking for a dependable part-time evening cleaner to support our Cleveland/Akron-area operations. In this position, you will help keep assigned areas clean, orderly, and ready for the people who use them. The work is hands-on and requires attention to detail, consistent attendance, and the ability to follow site-specific instructions. You will work in a healthcare-related environment where cleanliness, careful attention to assigned procedures, and respect for the people using the facility are especially important. This is a cleaning position, not a clinical or patient-care role. We value employees who take ownership of their assignments, communicate clearly, and treat customers and coworkers with respect. This is an opportunity to contribute to reliable service in a growing commercial cleaning organization.

What You'll Do

• Clean and disinfect restrooms, sinks, fixtures, and frequently touched surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in assigned spaces
• Dust desks, counters, ledges, and other accessible surfaces
• Restock paper products and other designated supplies
• Follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and site access rules
• Report supply shortages, maintenance concerns, and unusual conditions to a supervisor

What We're Looking For

• Prior commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work the assigned shift
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow written instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform active work during the shift
• Ability to work respectfully with teammates and site personnel
• Reliable transportation to the assigned work location or locations
• Authorization to work in the United States

Why Join Clean Team?

Clean Team provides job-specific instruction, established cleaning procedures, and a team you can turn to with questions. You will know the general schedule associated with this opening and the responsibilities expected at your assigned location. We value consistent effort, clear communication, and people who take pride in doing the job well. Whether you are developing cleaning experience or bringing skills from previous positions, your contribution helps us deliver dependable service every day.

Ready to Apply?

If this opportunity fits your availability and you enjoy practical, detail-oriented work, we encourage you to apply. Please review the listed shift and location carefully. During the hiring process, the local team can explain site assignments, training, and any scheduling details that still need confirmation. We look forward to learning more about your experience and interest in joining Clean Team.
