• Flexible schedule: Tuesday-Saturday or Monday-Friday.
• 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
• 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
• 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
• 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor of Social Work from an accredited Social Work program, or equivalent education and experience.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Role Description

• This position provides support services to ensure quality care for consumers receiving long-term living services.
• Conducting on-site monitoring reviews of service providers to verify compliance with State and Federal guidelines.
• Reviewing written documentation and meeting with consumers and stakeholders to evaluate service quality.
• Monitoring issues related to consumers/medical and financial eligibility.
• Statewide travel is required, including occasional overnight stays.
