Job Responsibilities:

 

• Perform thorough diagnostics and repairs on Toyota vehicles, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.
• Execute routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
• Collaborate with service advisors to provide clear and accurate communication regarding vehicle issues and recommended services.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques through continuous training and development.
• Mentor junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance team performance.

 

 

Job Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Toyota Master Technician.
• Proven experience as an automotive technician, specifically with Toyota vehicles .
• Strong diagnostic skills and a comprehensive understanding of automotive repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Commitment to continued education and professional development in the automotive field.
