RDF&P is hiring Sandblasters to join our Powder Coating team. This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in producing quality work and working safely. This job may move to swing shift after training.

What You'll Do

• Sandblast steel parts in preparation for powder coating
• Clean, prep, and move materials throughout the shop
• Operate blasting equipment and hand tools
• Operate a forklift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with general production duties as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• No experience required, training provided
• Ability to wear a full-hood forced air respirator
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
