CNA Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated CNA Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of compassionate professionals. As a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant , you will play a vital role in delivering superior, person-centered care programs designed to exceed expectations and maximize positive clinical outcomes.

About the Role:

Provide technical skills required of a Certified Nursing Assistant, including but not limited to:
- Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and reporting changes in a resident's condition to the nursing team
- Maintaining resident confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- Participating in care planning and implementing individualized care programs
Relate positively and favorably to our residents and guests, promoting a warm and welcoming environment
Work successfully in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors
Demonstrate reliability, dedication, courtesy, and compassion in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

ACTIVE CNA Certification
8-Hour & 16-Hour Shifts Available, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and serving as an ambassador of La Bella
