Providence Insurance Advisors is a growing independent insurance agency serving clients throughout North Georgia.

We're looking for experienced insurance professionals who want greater market access, strong operational support, and the opportunity to build a meaningful book of business without the expense and headaches of building an agency from scratch.

Compensation

Compensation is designed to reward both production and long-term relationship building.

• Approximately 8% compensation on new business premium written 
• Approximately 5% compensation on renewal premium written
• Leadership opportunities as Providence continues to expand 

Many successful agents have the opportunity to earn well into six figures as they build their renewal book and client relationships.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license 
• Minimum of 3 years of insurance experience 
• Strong relationship-building skills 
• Entrepreneurial mindset 
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed 
• Commitment to serving clients at a high level

After 11 years in the captive insurance world, I realized there were too many people we couldn't properly help with only one or two carrier options.

Providence wasn't founded because we wanted to be independent.
