Associate Robotic Clinical Specialsit - (Greenville, NC)

Medtronic seeks an Associate Robotic Clinical Specialist to support the integration of HUGO surgical robots into hospital systems. This field-based role requires extensive travel throughout assigned territories in North Carolina, managing system implementation, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop program goals and metrics with hospital stakeholders; conduct regular progress reviews
- Create and coordinate surgeon and staff training plans including off-site training and proctored cases
- Support technology adoption by attending cases during learning phases and coaching staff
- Prepare operating rooms and coordinate with field service engineers for system installation
- Track milestones and document value delivered to demonstrate program success
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Valid driver's license and ability to reside within 50 miles of assigned territory
- Knowledge of operating room environments and surgical procedures
- Project management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results
- Experience with change management and process standardization
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication abilities
- Familiarity with hospital workflows and healthcare environments
