This role is responsible for managing campaign execution across paid ads, paid social, retargeting, landing pages, organic social, email nurturing, and lead capture strategies, while also owning HubSpot setup, tracking, workflows, attribution, and reporting. The ideal candidate brings strong B2B marketing experience, excellent writing and project management skills, and the ability to translate ideal client profiles and buyer pain points into targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads and demonstrate measurable ROI.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop and execute inbound digital campaigns that generate qualified leads for Sorren’s core and specialty service lines.* Manage paid ads, paid social, retargeting, landing pages, organic social, email nurturing, and lead capture strategies.* Own HubSpot campaign setup, tracking, workflows, attribution, and reporting.* Build dashboards and report on campaign performance, lead quality, conversions, pipeline influence, and ROI.* Develop industry-specific messaging and campaigns based on ideal client profiles and buyer pain points.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.* 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.* Strong HubSpot and WordPress experience required.* Experience with inbound marketing, paid digital campaigns, landing pages, retargeting, email nurturing, and reporting.* Experience in professional services, accounting, advisory or financial services preferred.* Excellent writing, editing, communication, and project management skills.* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders at once.*The compensation target for this role is $75,000 - $85,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
