Actively participates in clinical decision-making, teaching, mentoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to advance patient care plans, achieve optimal outcomes, and enhance operational efficiency. Adheres to the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statement, ensuring professional integrity and high-quality care in every setting. Requires system-wide flexibility clinical versatility to provide essential coverage across a wide range of inpatient settingsincluding medical-surgical, progressive care, critical care, emergency, and specialty unitsbased on real-time staffing needs and patient acuity.
