Professional Voice Actor - German (AI Training) About the Role What if your voice could directly shape how AI communicates with millions of German speakers around the world? We're looking for experienced German-speaking voice actors to record professional-quality audio and evaluate AI-generated speech - helping next-generation AI systems sound more natural, expressive, and human. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for working voice professionals. No AI background needed - just a commanding vocal presence, native-level German fluency, and access to quality recording equipment.

: This role does not involve voice cloning of any kind.
- Record clear, professional-grade German voice performances using a large diaphragm microphone (LDM), following provided scripts and prompts
- Evaluate AI-generated German speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity
- Deliver detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized voice outputs
- Review and suggest script adjustments to enhance clarity and ensure natural-sounding delivery
- Work independently and asynchronously - entirely on your own schedule
- Experienced voice actor, narrator, audiobook reader, or voice-over professional
- Native or near-native fluency in German with precise command of pronunciation and register
- Owner of a high-quality large diaphragm microphone and a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space
- Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated vocal performances consistently
- Naturally detail-oriented when assessing tone, clarity, pacing, and emotional nuance
- No prior AI or tech experience required
- Experience in commercial, character, or broadcast voice-over work
- Familiarity with audio editing tools or DAW software
- Awareness of regional German dialect variations - Standard German, Austrian, Swiss, or otherwise
- Background in linguistics, theatre, or performance arts

- Fully remote and flexible - record and evaluate on your own schedule, from your own studio
