Operations Associate

NextStep Recruiting has partnered with a growing consumer products organization to identify an Operations & Logistics Associate in Dallas, TX. This is an on-site role supporting day-to-day warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and general operational needs. This position is ideal for a dependable, hands-on professional who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is comfortable balancing warehouse responsibilities with changing operational priorities. Required: 1 year of experience in warehouse, logistics, operations, shipping/receiving, or a related environment Ability to manage shipping and receiving activities while helping maintain accurate inventory levels Comfortable lifting 40 pounds and working on your feet throughout the day Comfortable operating warehouse equipment and machinery, including forklifts and box trucks Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and help resolve inventory or supply chain issues Preferred: Experience supporting inventory organization and warehouse operations Ability to work independently and take ownership with limited direction Experience coordinating deliveries, supplies, or vendor-related needs Comfortable handling both physical and administrative responsibilities Adaptable, resourceful approach and willingness to assist across different operational projects The position is approximately 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with a typical schedule of 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. Compensation is $22-$28/hour depending on experience.
