Urethane Roll Builder
Finzer Roller Co.
Finzer Roller seeks a detail-oriented Caster/Molder Operator for our Willow Street, PA plant. $20 - $23 per hour, medical, dental, vision, life, 401k + match, paid uniforms, paid weekly. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Measures ingredients and mixes molding and casting material to prescribed consistency according to formula.
- Disassemble casting stations, clean and inspect all parts, and reassemble.
- Molds parts by hand casting or using casting equipment. Demolds, cleans, inspects all deck and mold assemblies.
- Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Document measurements, temps, and times. Requires math skills using decimals.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and understands customer needs.
Qualified candidates will have strong time management skills, math skills, meticulous attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude. Must be safety-minded, have good housekeeping, and know how to use measuring tools.
