Accounts Receivable Manager

We are a leading Midwest search firm assisting our client who is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager of A/R & Billing to support their growing team. This role reports to the Controller and will have ownership and responsibility for daily A/R operations, billing, collections, and customer setup across multiple branches and divisions along with partnering closely with field operations and corporate leadership. What You’ll Do Oversee cash receipts, payment application, and daily reconciliation Prepare and send invoices; maintain recurring billing template Manage customer setups, credit requests, and special billing requirements Maintain and submit invoices through billing portals Lead monthly A/R calls and support branches with collection Conduct account audits and create custom AR report Support acquisition integrations and train new branch admins What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting preferred (not required) 7-10+ years of AR & billing experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Team-first mindset and strong attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr Platinum Recruiting Group
