The Wound Ostomy and Palliative Care CNS Clinical Nurse Specialist will lead evidence-based consultations, optimize complex wound and ostomy management, guide palliative care symptom control and goals-of-care conversations, standardize protocols, precept and educate bedside teams, advance quality metrics, prepare for surveys and accreditations, and champion inclusive, family-centered care across inpatient, outpatient, and telehealth settings.
