Janitorial Supervisor

Job Description The Supervisor will clean, sanitize, supervise and maintain our commercial location. Experience, enjoys working individually and can lead and work as a team, is well-spoken, energetic, and personable. Duties & Responsibilities: Clean – Perform general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the assigned property. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, offices, empty trash, vacuum, mop floors, etc. Wipe and dust surfaces in rooms and clean mirrors. Vacuum and clean floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes. Stock – Wash and stock all paper products, soaps and supplies in bathrooms. Additional – Pick up and empty trash containers. High Cleaning Required. Training Provided. Required Qualification: High school diploma or GED preferred. Detail-oriented, confidential, and professional Ability to read, write and speak English. Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds at times. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and reach, bend, lift and pull. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public Must demonstrate the ability to lead staff. #J-18808-Ljbffr
