North Canton, OH (onsite) Talent Acquisition Recruiter role supporting field operations and corporate hiring needs with full-cycle recruiting. Kenan Advantage Group focuses on strong candidate and hiring manager experiences through well-defined talent acquisition strategies, proactive sourcing, and close partnership with hiring managers and HR. What you’ll do Own full life cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from requisition intake through offer and pre-employment processing. Partner with hiring managers and HR to clarify hiring needs and build recruiting and sourcing strategies that align with staffing priorities. Post open roles, source candidates through multiple channels, review applications, and conduct phone screenings. Use creative sourcing approaches to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines. Coordinate interviews, assessments, travel arrangements, and scheduling to keep the process moving smoothly. Extend offers, manage candidate communications, and create offer and rejection letters. Submit background checks and coordinate pre-employment drug screening. Represent the company professionally as a brand ambassador throughout the recruiting process. Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system while following established recruiting processes and timelines. What you bring High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in high volume, metrics driven recruiting. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, applicant tracking systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Critical thinking skills to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies that attract qualified talent. Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
