Medical Laboratory Technician / Medical Technologist

Sign-on Bonus | Flexible Shifts & Hours | Full-Time

Are you a detail-driven MLT or MT passionate about precision and patient care? We seek a dedicated laboratory professional to bring their expertise to our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of laboratory tests to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency in sample processing and result reporting.
Maintain compliance with all laboratory policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to support patient care.

Positions Qualifications:

Associate's degree in medical laboratory technology (MLT) or bachelor's degree in medical technology (MT) or a related field.
ASCP, or equivalent certification required.
Experience in a clinical laboratory setting is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care.
