Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
About Our Agency
I’m a proud Air Force veteran who has spent more than two decades in service and operations, and today I’m honored to serve my local community as a State Farm Agent here in Louisville, CO. Giving back is incredibly important to me—I’m actively involved with the Louisville Chamber of Commerce and previously served as President of Coal Creek Meals on Wheels. When I’m not working with customers, you’ll usually find me enjoying Colorado’s outdoors with my family. I offer a supportive work environment with a strong focus on work-life balance, along with benefits such as a 401(k) and health coverage. I’m looking for someone who’s motivated, eager to grow, and ready to build a long-term future with my agency.
Role Description
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. We are eager to have you on our team as an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
