Due to expanding business, we are looking for Engineers-of-Systems, Engineers with a multi discipline skill set who can solve problems and lead solutions across multiple Engineering disciplines. Position Responsibilities:Ability to assess the technical performance of the system or system element, product, or service and influence product direction to satisfy technical objectives. Includes using integrated program planning to align system development efforts with customer needs and business goals and tracking key performance metrics of the system. Ability to maintain status in EVM, JIRA, Calendar, and related trackers. Ability to manage system risk and maturity by regularly assessing the system’s status throughout the program lifecycle. Solid understanding of the Boeing Systems Engineering BPIs, BPGs, DPs, SEBPs, and ESGP or similar business processes. The programs we support in Saint Charles, MO include Direct Attack weapons (JDAM, SDB, MOP, HAAWC and associated derivatives) utilized on various military aircraft, some ground-based platforms, and other future contract awards.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.
