Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Associate to perform frequent quality inspections on production lines, ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs, safety policies, and quality standards. This role involves working hands-on in a manufacturing environment, monitoring processes, raw materials, and finished products.
Responsibilities
Work Environment
This position is on a 3rd shift schedule. Candidates should be comfortable with a physically demanding role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role requires significant time on the production floor, performing inspections and completing documentation.

This is a Permanent position based out of Gurnee, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38000.00 - $40000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Associate to perform frequent quality inspections on production lines, ensuring compliance with GMPs, SOPs, safety policies, and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Conduct frequent quality inspections on production lines.
- Monitor processes, raw materials, and finished products.
- Identify and communicate quality issues, errors, and deviations.
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, SOPs, safety policies, and quality standards.
- Complete quality documentation accurately and on time.
- Verify label accuracy, product codes, and product samples.
- Participate in quality line audits.
- Perform ATP swabbing to verify sanitation requirements.
- Assist with the sample retain program.
- Calibrate quality monitoring equipment as needed.
- Ensure samples are delivered to the laboratory according to established sampling plans.
- Work directly with production employees and team leaders to resolve basic quality issues.

- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, quality, or regulated production environments.
- GMP/regulated manufacturing experience is a strong plus.

- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, quality, safety, or regulated production environment.
