Registered Nurse, RN Peterson Park Health Care Center , an award‑winning post‑acute care facility located in the family‑friendly Peterson Park neighborhood of Chicago’s Northwest Side, is searching for compassionate and driven Registered Nurses to join our dedicated team. Job Description $3,000 sign‑on bonus for full time! Same day pay! Pay range: $60,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on experience and hours. As the backbone of the Clinical Department, you will ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care they need, conduct resident assessments, lead care teams, and advocate for each resident’s individual care plan. Responsibilities Administer medication and nursing care in accordance with resident care plans. Conduct regular resident assessments and document findings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to plan and direct care. Serve as a team leader and mentor to staff. Advocate for resident comfort, safety, and quality of life.
