The Sales Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team by developing and implementing strategies, content, and resources. The Marketing Engagement Associate will also support overall marketing efforts from top funnel and sales enablement to downstream impact with asset marketing, brand marketing, case studies, and other initiatives to ensure Ten-X as a brand, as a product, and all assets under the brand receive best-in-class exposure and representation through various marketing channels.

This role involves collaborating closely with sales and asset management teams to equip sales representatives with the tools and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. The Marketing Engagement Associate is responsible for creating and curating sales materials, as well as training and coaching sales representative on how to use and engage the material. Furthermore, the position will require managing special projects that contribute to overall sales growth and success.

This role is located in our Irvine, CA office and on-site Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain sales enablement strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales objectives.
  • Create, curate, and update sales collateral, presentations, and content that support the sales process and communicate the value proposition effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent messaging, branding, and alignment of marketing materials with sales needs.
  • Conduct research and gather market insights to provide sales teams with relevant industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer behavior information.
  • Coordinate and lead marketing updates in regional & national sales calls.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Track and understand impact of marketing campaigns on the sales funnel, and work with Sales Ops to optimize processes, ensuring effective lead handoffs.
  • Manage special projects related to sales enablement, brand campaigns to drive sales leads, customer case studies, and market segmentation strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support to sales teams, addressing questions, concerns, and requests for resources in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, sales methodologies, and technology trends to continually enhance the sales enablement program.

Required Qualifications:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college or university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and the buyer's journey.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams and levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in creating and curating sales content, presentations, and training materials.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and interpret sales performance data.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of commitment to prior employers.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    
    

Preferred Qualifications:

• • Experience in a sales or sales-related role.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and technologies.
  • Previous experience in managing or leading special projects.
  • Understanding of different sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, Solution Selling).
  • Certification in sales enablement or related field.

The final salary or hourly rate offered for this role will fall within the range set forth below based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.

Base Compensation: $99,000.00 - $133,000.00 Annually
