Step into a rewarding role as a part-time Physical Therapist supporting students during the 26/27 school year. In this contract position, you’ll make a meaningful difference while working 15 hours per week within a vibrant school-based setting near Gloucester City, NJ.

Ideal candidates will bring passion and expertise to help students reach their full potential, tailoring interventions to maximize mobility, participation, and overall well-being in the educational environment.

Qualifications:

• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist License required
• New Jersey Department of Education certification mandatory
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Experience in a school setting desirable, but not required
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Primary responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse physical needs
• Provide direct therapy services according to IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and outcomes
• Offer guidance and education to staff and families to support students’ goals in and out of the classroom
• Partner in multidisciplinary meetings to ensure continuity of care
