Opportunity Overview Are you an outgoing, organized administrative professional looking for a quick, high-energy event assignment? Join our team as a Benefits Fair Assistant in Oakland, CA! Working alongside an industry representative, you will serve as an engaging brand ambassador, assist event guests, and ensure a seamless, interactive event experience.

What You'll Do & Achieve

• Engage Attendees: Welcome event participants, host an interactive dental trivia game (answers provided!), and create a fun, welcoming booth atmosphere.

• Coordinate Operations: Manage on-site logistics, using a utility cart to transport event materials and boxes (up to 30 lbs) from your vehicle to the venue.

• Maintain Communication: Use your personal laptop to send real-time updates and coordinate effectively with the off-site event team.

• Collaborate On-Site: Partner closely with the lead representative to deliver an exceptional, professional benefits fair experience.

What You Bring

• Experience: 1+ years of administrative, clerical, or event customer service experience (High School Diploma required).

• Core Skills: Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, demonstrated organizational skills, and a warm, approachable personality.

• Logistics & Readiness: Reliable transportation in Oakland, CA, ability to stand for 5–6 hours during event hours, ability to lift up to 30 lbs with cart assistance, and a personal laptop.
