This role is ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic, hands-on opportunity in the Miami area. As an Overnight Studio Cleaner & Lead, you will play a critical part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of boutique fitness studios, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff. The position covers a four-stop overnight route across Miami, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach, with shifts running from approximately 11:00pm to 3:30am, four nights per week.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deep cleaning boutique fitness studio spaces, including reformers, floors, mirrors, restrooms, lobby, and retail areas
• Taking before and after photos at each location to document results
• Following a detailed bilingual cleaning checklist to ensure consistency and quality
• Clocking in and out via smartphone app at each stop
• Tracking inventory of cleaning supplies at each location and placing restocking orders
• Managing cleaner attendance and coordinating shift coverage or replacements
• Serving as the main point of contact with Slate’s support team for operational issues

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Prior commercial or janitorial cleaning experience
• Able to use a smartphone app to clock in/out and communicate for work
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Able to drive between multiple work locations on a 4-stop route in Miami, Coral Gables, and Miami Beach
• Has a reliable personal vehicle for driving between work locations
• Available to work overnight approximately 11:00pm–3:30am on a recurring schedule, 4 nights per week (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Experience tracking inventory and placing restocking orders for supplies
• Experience serving as a main point of contact for a support or operations team
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
