Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (3x12 Hours, 19:00–07:00) | Onsite | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit within a short-term acute care, Level II Trauma Center setting
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5 in accordance with unit standards
• Float between units as needed based on staffing and census requirements
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Valid Washington State RN license or valid Compact RN license (required at time of submission)
• Minimum of 1 year of Medical Surgical RN experience (first-time travelers accepted)
• Proficiency with Epic EMR
• Ability to work night shifts (19:00–07:00) on a 3x12 schedule
• Willingness to float to sister facilities nearby the contracted location as needed
• Must submit all requested time-off and scheduling requests at time of initial submittal

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care or trauma center environment
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance processes and documentation requirements
• Experience working in a teaching hospital setting
