Develop and execute social-first content aligned with brand and business objectives. Maintain brand standards while continually evolving creative approaches and content formats. Create compelling short-form and long-form content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms. Concept, produce, edit, and publish scripts, videos, graphics, animations, photography, and written content. Translate complex business messages into engaging, audience-focused stories. Monitor social trends, platform updates, cultural moments, and creator best practices to identify content opportunities. Develop content that feels native to each platform and reflects evolving creator, influencer, and user-generated content trends. Collaborate with IMC/brand marketing, internal creative leadership and subject matter experts to develop high-impact campaign content. Optimize content based on audience engagement, platform analytics, and performance metrics. Create content calendars and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Test and scale new content concepts, creative angles, and storytelling techniques. Create content supporting multiple GoTo Foods brands, tailoring creative approaches while maintaining each brand's voice, visual identity, and strategic objectives. Job Summary GoTo Foods is looking for a highly creative, social-first Content Creator who lives at the intersection of storytelling, design, video, and culture. This role is responsible for developing engaging content that connects with audiences across channels and social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, demand and sales generation. The ideal candidate is a trend-savvy creator who understands how content performs across channels, can move quickly from concept to execution, and uses data and insights to continuously optimize performance. Workplace Type Fixed Hybrid-Atlanta Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Creative Media, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience, preferred. Work Experience 5+ years of experience creating content for social media and digital channels. Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first content, video production, storytelling, and creative execution. Strong understanding of social platform best practices, audience engagement, and content performance metrics. Photography and videography experience. Experience with AI-powered creative and content production tools, preferred. Skills & Abilities Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop). Experience with CapCut and native editing tools within Canva, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, preferred. Proficiency in creating and editing short-form video content optimized for social platforms. Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with social analytics and reporting tools, preferred. Travel Requirements May be required to travel up to 25% of the time #J-18808-Ljbffr
