Pullingdriverpayforreviewdirectlywithdriversforaclearunderstandingofproductivity/improvementwherenecessary ReviewweeklycompanypayrollreportingwithOpsManagertoaddressanylowperformers. AssistincreatingacultureoftrustandcooperationwiththeOwnerOP/CompanyDriverstoensuretheirsuccessandthesuccessofthecompany.
