Shifts: Monday-Friday 7-3:30pm; Rotating call and weekends


Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment in South Charleston, WV. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of nuclear medicine studies in an acute care environment. Join a dynamic team and utilize cutting-edge technology in a department equipped with 4 advanced scanners, including Siemens and Philips systems.

Key Responsibilities of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist

• Perform and analyze cardiac, HIDA, gastric emptying, lung scans, thyroid uptake, and tilt studies
• Start IVs and perform EKGs efficiently
• Use EMR-Meditech Expanse and PACS-AGFA IMPAX for accurate record-keeping
• Ensure radiation safety by wearing radiation badges and following protocols
• Participate in on-call duties as required

Requirements of the Nuclear Medicine Technologist

• BLS certification
• ARRT or NMTCB certification
• WV State Licensure
• Experience with IV starts and EKG
• Ability to work with Siemens E-cam and Philips Brightview equipment
