This is an entry-level technology sales opportunity designed for motivated professionals who want to build a long-term career in consultative selling. You will work with small and mid-sized businesses, helping decision-makers identify technology solutions that address their operational and business needs. Rather than focusing on a single product, you will have access to a broad technology ecosystem spanning hardware, infrastructure, cloud, software, AI, and IT services. The role combines prospecting, relationship building, discovery, solution development, quoting, and account growth. You will receive structured onboarding, coaching, and technical education while working alongside internal specialists and vendor partners. Success requires discipline, consistent activity, strong communication, and a genuine customer-first mindset in a highly accountable remote environment.

Accountabilities:

• Build and develop your own book of SMB business by prospecting for new customers through outbound calls, targeted outreach, and proactive engagement.
• Connect with multiple decision-makers to understand their business challenges, technology needs, priorities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Take a consultative approach to sales by recommending technology solutions that best address customer requirements rather than focusing on individual products.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through solution development, quoting, closing, and account development.
• Build long-term customer relationships by delivering value, maintaining regular engagement, and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Maintain consistent daily sales activity, accurate pipeline information, and strong follow-through across opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal sales operations, technical specialists, vendor partners, and other teams to develop appropriate solutions, pricing, and quotes.
• Participate actively in team meetings, coaching sessions, structured onboarding, and ongoing professional development.
• Continuously develop knowledge of technology products, services, sales techniques, customer communication, and solution-based selling.
• Maintain a structured and productive workday while working remotely, with expectations around outbound activity, customer engagement, pipeline management, and accountability comparable to an office-based environment.

Benefits

• Base compensation of USD $19.25 per hour , as stated in the original posting.
