McGrath Kia is seeking E xperienced Hyundai Automotive Technicians who take pride in precision workmanship, technical expertise, and producing results the right way. Requirements• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an automotive technician (Import experience required)
• Expert-level diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Proven track record of efficiency, accuracy, and high CSI performance
• Commitment to OEM repair procedures, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Dependable, self-driven, and capable of mentoring other technicians
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Perform advanced diagnostics, system repairs, and complex mechanical/electrical work on Hyundai vehicles
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and management to ensure clear communication and accurate repair documentation
• Lead by example — support and mentor mid-level technicians as part of a collaborative team
• Maintain factory-level standards for quality, performance, and productivity
• Participate in ongoing Hyundai training and stay current with evolving technology
• Contribute to a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and customer satisfaction
