Bilingual Concierge Advocate

Providing personalized support to clients, the full-time Bilingual Concierge Advocate will manage inbound and outbound calls, resolve member inquiries, and enhance customer experience while working remotely. Key responsibilities Serve as the front-line contact for members, addressing questions and concerns effectively Coordinate issue resolution between internal and external stakeholders while documenting interactions Participate in team discussions to identify trends and improve member service delivery Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in call center, customer service, concierge, or hospitality roles Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical groups preferred Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent customer service Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to multitask
