Designed to provide early and effective treatment to individuals ages 15-40 who have experienced first episode of psychosis or bipolar disorder, F&CS is one of about 50 sites throughout the U.S. that provides this state-of-the-art, evidence-based model treatment model. Therapists working on the Navigate team are responsible for providing individual therapy services for clients utilizing the Individual Resiliency Training (IRT) to help clients identify their strengths, achieve personal goals, and learn resiliency skills. Services are community based and can be provided in the office, in the home, or a neutral community location. Under clinical supervision and within agency policy and clinical standards, provide direct individual therapy services producing optimal outcome to a designated population needing Navigate services. Services will be provided in one or more settings using Evidence Based Treatment (EBT) materials from the Navigate manuals. Services include but are not limited to: individual therapy, family therapy, psychoeducation, assessment & diagnosis, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. Maintain accurate and timely documentation and meet department direct service productivity standards. Requirements A Master's degree in Social Work or its equivalent from an accredited school Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC or LMFT in the State of Oklahoma or under supervision for licensure. Must be proficient in the identification and treatment of mental disorders. Knowledge and experience in conducting mental health assessment, diagnosis and treatment planning ability to make quick and accurate clinical assessments; Demonstrate knowledge in crisis intervention, Demonstrate a working knowledge of 43A, Oklahoma Mental Health Law. Demonstrate competency in conducting specialized risk assessment of suicidal and other high‑risk individuals. Perform efficiently in emergency situation remaining calm, and documenting events. Must work well in a very fast paced, crisis centered environment. Must possess a valid Driver License and satisfactory driving record. This job is classified as a “safety-sensitive” position as defined by the Oklahoma Medical Marijuana and Patient Protection Act. Due to the “safety-sensitive” classification, an employee in this position would be subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing. Marijuana is one of the substances included in the drug panel screening. Possession of a medical marijuana license will not excuse you from the testing process or the consequences of testing positive for marijuana per the Family & Children’s Services Drug Free Workplace Policy, including possible revocation of a job offer or dismissal from employment.
